On the ground floor there are:

• The staircase, a mini lift, a view of the multifunctional garden,
• an exit to the outside,
• access to the stua da la pòsa” the relax or wellness room,
  (under your own responsibility and only for adults)
• The four “stua”: ground floor rooms. Two of them are barrier-free and the
  other two are suitable for people with impaired mobility. All of them are pet-friendly.
  They have direct access to the multifunctional lawn and private terrace.

The first floor, a rather deliberately separated area with meticulous care of detail.
The “stua del bondì” literally translates as “good day” room that invites you to linger, with a sumptuous mountain breakfast, or light seasonal delicacies. A breathtaking view that you can admire from a large glazing window and the “stua granda”

On the first floor there are:

• The elevator and the staircase overlooking the multifunctional garden,
• The “stua del bondì” breakfast hall where breakfast, brunch, “Mernda” and
  aperitif (regional, seasonal, convivial and healthy) are served. We offer both buffet
  and table service, as well as packet-lunch and snack upon request.
• The “stua granda”, bright, spacious rooms with a special attention to privacy,
  the touch of something special and the possibility to combine two adjacent rooms.
  The generous glazing offers direct access to your private balcony, a wonderful view of the surrounding nature.

On the second floor you will find the “al nin sota al teit ” translated as “the nest the roof”: two attic flats both with balcony and a unique view of the surround nature.
